Window decoration for the Advent season
For a pretty window decoration I would like the following suggestion, one needs to:
- 1 curtain rod for window curtains (available in the construction or furniture market) in white or brown
- 1 x Powerstrips adhesive pads
Remove the pads from the sticks for the curtain rod (usually included in the package) and replace them with power strips. Attach the hooks to the window frame and hook in the pole.
Now you can start with the decoration according to your mood. I have colored small pine and larch cones with spray paint in gold and then attached with fishing line to the pole.
But you can also halve walnuts, take out the core, put a thin red or gold cord between them and glue the halves together again.
Also suitable for this decoration straw stars or small luminous images. Creativity is therefore a small limit.
Once the "window decoration time" is over, the curtain rod can easily be removed without residue by the power strips.
