The quickest and gentlest way to remove fresh grease stains is to sprinkle with it. The white powder soaks up the fat without having to rub, it works with all materials including silk and even the finest materials. You do not even need to wash the treated material, just pat the powder off again or vacuum larger areas.
PS: Whistling is available in almost all drugstores, is extremely cheap, the excess can even be used again. Is really a hot tip. It is a sure tip for fresh grease stains, but I do not know if it can remove old stains.
