Wonderfully creamy rice pudding from the pressure cooker

Today, there should be rice pudding and I would like to prepare it in my new Fissler pressure cooker. Although I have found nothing about dairy products in the pressure cooker, I want to risk it.

I'm curious if this succeeds and the rice pudding is as creamy as in the normal saucepan.

ingredients

  • 1 L of milk
  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pck. Vanilla pudding
  • 100 g of butter

preparation

  1. First, pour the milk into the pot with a pinch of salt.
  2. Rinse the rice briefly under running water in a colander and add to the milk.
  3. Boil with the pot, rice and milk, then add the butter and close the lid tightly.
  4. Approximately Leave the sealed pot on the stove for 20 minutes.
  5. Now you can open the lid again, stir the well-swollen rice pudding with a wooden spoon, turn on the stove briefly again and stir the dissolved in a little milk pudding powder in the rice.
  6. Bring to a boil briefly, stir well, it is very fast. Take the pot from the plate, sweeten as desired, ready.

I can say, the rice pudding has become wonderfully creamy and tastes very good due to the vanilla taste.

We have eaten TK fruits, in the summer with fresh fruits certainly even better.

Good Appetite!
