Woodruff cake

ingredients
- 4 cups of yogurt
- 1/4 l woodruff syrup
- 2 pck. Ground gelatin
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- Juice of a lemon
- 2 cups of cream a. 250 g
- 1 Bisquittortenboden
preparation
- Mix the yoghurt with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and half of the syrup.
- Stir in a gelatine as directed.
- Lay the cake ring around the ground.
- Pull the whipped cream under the mixture, place on the base of the cake, smooth.
- Stuck in the fridge. Is best over night!
- Stir the remaining syrup with the 2nd pck of gelatine, put on the cake.
- tip: You can also take raspberry syrup for a change.
