Wool stockings get slower through holes or holes

Since the autumn I test the following idea: my knee socks and socks always got holes / holes in the areas: big toe or down on the bale, which I then stuffed.

Stopfwolle is expensive and throw away is not the idea.

So here is the successful self-experiment: Before getting dressed you can see where the stocking was worn based on the foot shape: left or right.

Now I put the wool stockings on the other foot and in this way the big toes are alternately pushed into the corners and the wool lasts longer.

Even if the stumps are washed, the wearing side is often recognizable. So then pull the stockings over the other feet.

I hope I have described it sufficiently. If they last twice as long, then it's a savings.

Especially when it comes to good and expensive stockings.

I wish long wearing times!
