World's best chocolate cake
To make a sponge cake:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons hot water
- 200 g of sugar
- 125 g of flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the whole eggs with the water for 1 min. With the hand mixer on the highest level until frothy. Add sugar, beat for another 2 min. Stir the flour mixed with starch and baking powder into the custard so that no traces of flour are visible. Fill the dough into a greased tin and immediately bake on the second tray from the bottom for 25 to 30 minutes.
Allow the bottom to cool.
Then make the chocolate cream:
400 ml cream 2 cream firm and 2 vanillin sugar
250 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of Nutella
and 1 chocolate pudding for 500 ml of milk until stiff
Cut the bottom of the cake once and fill it with 3/4 of the pudding mixture
Place the top of the cake on top and garnish with the rest of the cake. Place in the fridge.
