Preparation for the world's best potato salad
I use about 3 large potatoes per person. They are cooked, peeled and sliced while hot.
For the dressing, I take about 1/2 liter of beef soup (also with bouillon cube allowed), cook this briefly, add a finely chopped onion, about 2 tablespoons of mustard, salt and pepper from the mill and salad oil.
Mix the whole with the whisk and pour hot over the potatoes. Cover for about an hour and then enjoy.
