Worlds best protein bread
For quite some time now, many bakers and supermarkets have offered such healthy protein bread.
It's just a pity that in most cases the bakery saleswoman can not tell you why her bread is so healthy or what's contained in her bread?
I do not want to say anything now why this recipe is especially healthy at this point, but I tell you a lot, very much like what's inside and how it's done.

You take
- 4-6 eggs
- 500 g quark
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 250 g of oat bran (for cost reasons, I srecke it 1: 1 with fine oatmeal)
- 30 g of flaxseed
- 50 g of wheat bran
- 1 p baking powder
preparation
- The dough is filled into a box-shaped baking tin and baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Then you take the bread from the mold and bake it for 8 minutes, done!
The consistency, however, is a bit "wetter" than usual.
