Wraps with tuna filling

Tasty wraps with tuna filling cheap and fast homemade.

Since I do not like the bought wraps, I always bake the wraps myself. That's not hard at all and it's fast. They really taste much better than the bought ones. You can fill them with all sorts of things, to taste, I just made a salad and filled the wraps with it. It was delicious and maybe you feel like it.

ingredients

  • iceberg lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon black cumin
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

For the wraps about 15 pieces:

  • 2 large cups of flour
  • 1 tbsp oil (I like rapeseed oil)
  • a bit of salt
  • 1/2 cup of lukewarm water

preparation

  1. The flour is mixed with the oil, salt and water and kneaded everything well, then set it aside so that the dough can rest a bit.
  2. In the meantime, wash the vegetables, cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, the tomatoes and the onion into thin slices. All this is mixed with tuna, black cumin and mayo. How much Mayo you take is up to you. At the end you cut the eggs, then the salad comes into the fridge.
  3. Now you can roll out some small round wraps from the dough, to do this, always take a small amount of dough, shape it into a ball and press it flat, then roll it out.
  4. Now a coated pan (without oil) is heated and the wraps baked on medium level from both sides for about 2 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool slightly and fill with tuna salad and roll up.
