Yeast cherry cake with crumble
1 cube of yeast
80 g of sugar
250 ml of milk, lukewarm
50 g of margarine
Dissolve margarine and yeast in the milk. Knead the sugar and flour with the dough hook. Then take your hands! Leave dough in the gap width open oven at 50 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
Boil 1 glass of sour cherries with juice. Thicken with some moistened Mondamin and sugar.
Mix 300 g flour, 150 g sugar and a little cinnamon
Add 180 g of liquid butter (marginal) drop by drop
Roll out the dough on a baking tray, spread the toppings on top, sprinkle on top and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
