Yeast dough super fast

If you want to bake a yeast cake with fresh yeast, you can do without the complicated creation of a dough, it is much easier and faster:

Crumble the yeast cubes in the bowl a little and sprinkle with sugar (as much as stated in the cake recipe, but at least 2 tablespoons). Then mix with a fork of yeast and sugar (takes at most 2 min) until the yeast has completely liquefied.

And now you gradually add the other ingredients while stirring - as stated in the recipe. In order from liquid to firm, so warm milk, liquid margarine, egg (he) and finally the flour.


This dough now has to go only once and can then be processed immediately to the cake. To set up a butter cake with me - including the one-time "go" time takes a maximum of 1 hour. If you are in a hurry, you can put the dough directly on the baking sheet and treat it there for a few more minutes.

It is important that the liquid yeast at the beginning then no longer so long, so with milk, margarine, etc. as soon as possible further processed.

I use this method for a long time and successfully for my yeast cake.
