Yeast dough - this is how it works

An allerweltstipp, but useful. The most important thing is lukewarm water, too hot kills the yeast. After kneading in a bowl, plastic bag over it (I take the things from the supermarket, which one takes for fruit and salad) and then into bed under the blanket.

The thing goes up like nothing and stays. Can you relax in foil easily 1 week in the fridge.

My recipe: 410 g of flour, half a cube of yeast, 200 ml of lukewarm water, 1-2 teaspoons of salt, pinch of sugar, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Everyone knows how to make the dough.
