Yeast-S (flax wrap)

500g flour
1 cube of yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast
250 g margarine (room warm)
2 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

Make a yeast dough and shape several rolls without letting it go. From these then make finger-thick rolls on sugar and place as "S" on the baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C, about 10 min. In the dough, there is no sugar except vanilla sugar, as the dough is rolled on sugar and sticks. This pastry is like the well-known Flachswickel, only smaller.
