Yeast with curd cheese and raisins

Recipe for a tasty yeast cake with cottage cheese.

ingredients

  • 500 g of smooth sieved flour
  • 1 dry yeast
  • 1 baking soda, organic tartar
  • 125 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 250 ml of milk, lukewarm
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 80 g of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Lemon peel organic
  • Vanilla sugar with bourbon vanilla
  • Raisins or rum raisins

preparation

  1. In the lukewarm milk the sugar, the butter dissolve the salt.
  2. Then pour the egg and yolk into it, add the curd cheese. Should not everything be very warm !!
  3. In the food processor, mix the flour with baking soda and yeast, then pour in everything else.
  4. Knead loosely for 15 minutes. Knead for 10 minutes. This is very important!
  5. Then cover and leave on the balcony or in the refrigerator until the dough has doubled at least.
  6. Let it relax for 10 minutes in the warm kitchen.
  7. Then knead well! The raisins are coming in. Knock together from left and right, knead again. Repeat this 2 to 3 times.
  8. Braid a 3 pigtail.
  9. Put in the buttered huge box shape.
  10. Then let it go in the kitchen until the dough looks up at the baking mold.
  11. Preheat oven to 180.
  12. Brush striez with whisked whole egg, add hail sugar.
  13. Rein in the oven.
  14. After 5 minutes temperature down to 170.
  15. Approximately Bake 35 minutes (chopstick sample).
  16. Allow to cool in the mold.
