Yoghurt cream with fruits - delicious summer cake

I am a fan of simple, fast and above all delicious recipes.

ingredients

  • 1 biscuit bottom (bought or homemade)
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 cups of yoghurt, natural
  • 100 g of sugar (or less!)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 6-8 sheets of gelatin, white
  • Fruit of choice, e.g. Tangerines, pineapple, peaches (about one big can - but more to taste - more or less.)

preparation

  1. First put a cake ring around the biscuit bottom. (If you have baked it yourself - just leave the ring of the shape around it.)
  2. Then soak the gelatin.
  3. Beat the cream until stiff and add the yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice, whisk through again with the whisk.
  4. Dissolve gelatine in some fruit juice / water according to instructions and beat under the cream.
  5. Now add the previously crushed fruit pieces and place the cream mass on the biscuit bottom.
  6. Leave to cool for at least 2-3 hours. Then carefully remove from the edge with a smooth knife.
  7. Then decorate the cake with Obsstücken or cream swabs.
  8. Now remove the ring and the yoghurt cream is ready to eat.
