Yogurt and garlic sauce

This sauce is always with us for grilling and has always been very good. Goes well with grilled meats and grilled vegetables.

My sister has already lubricated on a roll, should also taste great.

You need:

  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt (150 g)
  • remoulade
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons mustard
  • Salt, pepper, chilli powder, pinch of sugar
  • Herbs (for example parsley, chives, dill, basil)

If there are no herbs, you can also use frozen, e.g. to take from Iglo. (half pack)

That's how it's done:

  1. Put yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Half fill the empty yoghurt cup with remoulade and add to the yoghurt.
  3. Now press the garlic cloves and with the other ingredients (mustard, lemon juice, herbs) in the bowl.
  4. Stir everything and season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli powder and sugar. Finished!
