Yesterday on TV saw a backtip, which I have done more often, and I would like to introduce you. A recipe for a delicious cinnamon roll cake:
?Ingredients:
For the sweet yeast dough:
- ?500g flour
- 250 ml room warm milk
- 50 ml of oil
- grated peel of a lemon
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pck dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
For the cinnamon butter:
- about 100 g of soft butter
- Cinnamon and sugar (to taste)
preparation
- The butter with plenty of cinnamon and sugar (season to taste) mix together well.
- • Mix the flour, lemon zest, sugar, yeast and some milk with a fork.
- Gradually knead the remaining milk, the oil, the melted egg and finally the salt to a smooth dough. Let rest for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread with the cinnamon butter.
- Slowly roll up and cut into 2 cm thick slices and place them in a round cake pan half-way one after the other until the shape is full.
- Brush with a covered egg and a little milk and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees air until they are browned. If butter escapes, simply drain.
- ? The snails can be easily broken from the cake after cooling.
