Yesterday on TV saw a backtip, which I have done more often, and I would like to introduce you. A recipe for a delicious cinnamon roll cake:

?Ingredients:

For the sweet yeast dough:

  • ?500g flour
  • 250 ml room warm milk
  • 50 ml of oil
  • grated peel of a lemon
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 pck dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the cinnamon butter:

  • about 100 g of soft butter
  • Cinnamon and sugar (to taste)

preparation

  1. The butter with plenty of cinnamon and sugar (season to taste) mix together well.
  2. • Mix the flour, lemon zest, sugar, yeast and some milk with a fork.
  3. Gradually knead the remaining milk, the oil, the melted egg and finally the salt to a smooth dough. Let rest for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread with the cinnamon butter.
  5. Slowly roll up and cut into 2 cm thick slices and place them in a round cake pan half-way one after the other until the shape is full.
  6. Brush with a covered egg and a little milk and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees air until they are browned. If butter escapes, simply drain.
  7. ? The snails can be easily broken from the cake after cooling.
