Zucchini and carrot and potato soup

For a big pot:

1 large yellow zucchini, 1 green zucchini, 2 onions, 8 potatoes, 4 large carrots, water, broth, salt and pepper.

Peel and chop the potato, onion and onion. Cut zucchini into small pieces and also. Pour with enough water to cover the vegetables about 2 finger-widths. Add broth in the form of cubes or powder (about 3 tablespoons). Either boil briefly in a pressure cooker or cook normally. Then mix with the blender briefly. Not too fine, there are still pieces to see. Season with salt and pepper.
