Zucchini salad sweet and sour

You take:

3 kg of zucchini
500 g onions
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
about 410 g of sugar
2 cups of vinegar (5%, who likes more 10%)
4 tsp of mustard seeds
4 teaspoons salt
1 tsp turmeric (spice, yellowish color)
2 teaspoons of celery salt
some pepper
