Zucchini / tomato gratin with feta
8 small zucchini
4 medium tomatoes
150g feta
100g grated cheese
1dl cream
Cut the small courgettes in half (cut into larger slices or slices) and fry for a few minutes in a little olive oil. Put the zucchini in a gratin bowl, sprinkle with finely chopped feta and sprinkle with the sliced tomatoes.
Season with herb sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheese over it and pour the cream over it. Cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
