Zucchini-vegetable-pan with minced meat

A nice recipe, for a zucchini-vegetable-pan with minced meat. The preparation is not difficult and the dish is on the table in 30 minutes.
ingredients
- 30 dag / 300 g minced meat mixed
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 pointed pepper red
- 1/4 slice of celery (thickness of the slice about 15-20 mm)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Grained broth
- 1 1/2 tsp Mediterranean herbs, dry
- 1/2 bunch of parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

preparation
- Finely chop the onion, cut the remaining vegetables into julienne.
- Roast the minced meat in the rapeseed oil and brown it.
- Add the vegetables to the zucchini and fry.
- Press the garlic, add the grainy stock and pepper with the herbs and pour with about 1/16 of water and steam for 5 minutes.
- Now fold in the zucchini with the parsley and fry for another 5 minutes. If necessary, shed something else. The liquid should be but overcooked to 2/3.
Variation would be to saute the minced meat with a tablespoon of tomato paste. Requires a little more liquid when cooking.
