Zucchini with cheese

The zucchini are sliced, turned into flour (or even better in psyllium husks) and fried in oil. If one side is fried, turn it over. Put some grated cheese on each slice (Gouda, for example). Lid on it.

When the cheese has melted, the underside of the zucchini has also taken color.

Spice up? Actually, the salt in the cheese, if not, well, then you just give a bit of salt and pepper into the flour, which takes you to turn.

This is very fast and tastes great!

What for? As a side dish to grilled meat z. But also to spaghetti (with tomato cream, if you like).
