ingredients
- 375 g of flour
- 250 ml of water
- 1/2 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250 g of grated cheese
- a little milk for brushing
preparation
- From flour, water, sugar, salt and yeast knead a smooth dough.
- Add about 150 g of cheese.
- Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Knead dough again briefly and form into about 7 - 9 balls.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press a little flat.
- Brush the rolls with a little milk and spread the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake at 170 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Of course, if you make the rolls smaller, then they also need less cooking time.
