Eggnog - made very fast - very tasty & very warm!
Yesterday I was with my mother-in-law and there she made a brilliant egg punch out of 3 ingredients:
Whisk 3 eggs and 150 g of sugar in a saucepan with a blender until it is slightly frothy, then 1 liter white wine / dry is good, it will be sweet through the sugar and stir VERY frothy with the blender, then heat slowly (DO NOT cook ).
The wine / egg foam remains fluffy until the last sip ... I could get it!
