Asian Chicken

My kids were or are absolutely veggie stuffy. Of course this awakens my ambition as a mother to bring the stuff into her. After all, the little ones need their vitamins. However, once we have gotten all the jubilee from the Chinese, the kids thought it was great and suddenly had no problem with vegetables. On the contrary, they found the far eastern spices great! Of course, that was a reason for me to withdraw and experiment with my "laboratory", ie kitchen. The result is the following:

Cut 500 g of chicken breast into cubes, as well as 3 peppers and a bunch of spring onions. Fry the chicken breast, then sauté the vegetables. Add a glass of Uncle Bens sweet and sour and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, possibly curry and vegetable broth (instant). Goes fast, is easy and not so expensive.

Of course there is rice. If you want "really Chinese", ie sticky rice, you should prepare rice pudding instead of parboiled rice according to the source rice method.
