Breading does not always have to be breading
Who would like to eat a Wienerschnitzel, but at the moment no breadcrumbs in the house, must not despair now.
Because breading can be made easily and tasty from all sorts of things. For example, crushed cornflakes (preferably those without sugar;)) provide an extremely charming crust and even shredded crispbread becomes a lively taste experience.
It is best to mash the future breading either in a mortar or in a magic wand.
And when frying, do not save on fat;)
