Naturally, or "pure" I call the buffers, because they are made only with zucchini, so without additional carrots or potatoes.
Grate zucchini as coarsely as possible, do not squeeze the juice, but only with egg and some flour and salt to a "Reibekuchen-dough" mix and then as potato pancakes, Riewkooche, Reiberdachi or whatever you call them, in fry plenty of oil crispy.
