Gypsy goblet for 4 persons

For the dumplings:

Make a chopped dough from 500 g of minced meat and use it to make small meatballs.


Sauté the meatballs gently in a large pan and remove from the pan.

For the gypsy sauce:

Dice 2-3 peppers or the corresponding amount of frozen paprika
3 cucumbers diced
Add 1 diced onion to the pan and sauté the vegetables for a few minutes.


Add 500 ml of passed tomatoes and some cucumber water and simmer for a few minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons instant broth, 1 - 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp paprika, sweet or light to taste and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Put the dumplings back in the pan and let it heat in the sauce.

In addition there is rice (head) and a crisp salad :-)
