Tip against nail biting - maintain nails
Until recently, I had the problem of chewing my nails. But since I will soon marry and I would like to have no artificial nails, I needed to stop the spur.
From the pharmacy there is nail polish tastes bitter: My problem was that it was clearly too expensive and the color was black.
Now I have looked with my phone for apps - so-called step by step nail tutorials - which do nothing other than to show you how to make beautiful nails step by step, so with figures or dashes on it. They are also available on the internet as pictures. Big advantage: they are free!
Now I started to paint my nails nicely and to use a topcoat, so that the paint does not go off while cleaning and lo and behold: Because I make so much "trouble" with my fingernails every now and then with oil care, I bite no more and find the nails more attractive :)
Maybe not a big tip, but if I look at this app with the beautiful fingernails, then I'm so sorry for my nails that I do not want to chew more!
