If he pulls on a leash and wants to get rid of other dogs, ask someone to walk with you and he has to throw the can to the dog on the ground "as if it had come out of nowhere" the moment he jumps again.
But it is important that you do not pick up the can geich again, because then the dog notices that you have thrown. It is better to take the tin "in passing" again.
