  • 3 juniper berries
  • 1 bay leaf

preparation

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken pieces or the fried chicken. In the open pressure cooker fry in the butter lard on all sides.
  2. Take the chicken pieces out and put the sauerkraut in the pot instead. Drain the mandarins and stir the juice with honey, stir with the grapes under the herb, season. Place the chicken pieces on top.
  3. Close the pot and cook for 10 minutes on level 2 over low heat.
  4. After opening, remove the chicken pieces and keep warm. Mix the tangerines with the herb and bring to a boil.
  5. Arrange the cabbage with the chicken pieces and mashed potatoes on a plate.
