I have long left the recipe before I finally tried it. For I hesitated for a long time - a tradition from ancient times - to bake this pie base so. Because my recipe always succeeds, but the bottom eventually collapsed, so I could hardly cut this into three parts.

Now for this unusual recipe - I did a great job:


ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 150 g potato flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda - you marvel

preparation

  1. Separate the eggs carefully so that no egg yolks come into contact with the egg whites. Beat the egg whites very stiff with a little water.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar until foamy. Mix the potato flour with the baking powder and add to the above mass at low speed (seven).
  3. Then carefully stir in the egg mixture with a wooden spoon.
  4. Do not grease the edge of the cake pan, put baking paper in the bottom of the cake. (I've tried the second baking, then everything dissolves great.)
  5. Approximately 160 degrees top and bottom heat about 40 minutes. It also depends on the oven, as it comes in time. Oven door but not open in between. (Preheat oven.)

AND NOW IT COMES FOR ME IN IMPORTANCE:

After baking, take the cake base IMMEDIATELY out of the oven, leave it in the mold, put it on a cloth and let it cool down. When it has cooled off after about 1/2 hour, invert the shape, let it stand a little longer and then loosen the edge with a moistened knife.

The result is impressive, the floor did not collapse, everything was super-cool.
