Simply make your own sauce powder / instant gravy yourself

This is our homemade instant gravy with no artificial flavors and with natural ingredients.
ingredients
- 100 g vegetable broth (self-made)
- 100 g dried roasted onion
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g of dried mushrooms
- if you like, you can add dried celery or tomatoes
- Spices and herbs to taste
- Screw glass for later storage
preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender and add the oil at the end, then mix. Fill the finished powder into the glass.
For the preparation of the sauce you have to use 3-4 heaped tsp of the powder on about 250 ml cooking liquid. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it with breadcrumbs.
