Spelled and bread with bulgur and barley

Recipe for spelled and bread with bulgur and barley. The bread tastes excellent!
ingredients
- Approximately 1 kg of spelled flour and spelled meal (too little flour is not so good as the bread crumbles) 600/400 or 800/200 g
- 2 cubes of yeast or dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
- Salt and other spices as you like
- Approximately 1 / 2- 3/4 L of warm water
- 1 tsp honey
- 80-100 g bulgur medium coarse
- 80-100 g of barley grains
preparation
- If you want a nutty, hearty bread, it is enough to soak the barley grains and bulgur overnight. If you want a soft juicy bread, then you should cook them together for 10-15 minutes, let cool and add to the dough.
- I always stir in yeast with a little warm water and honey, then in the flour in a hollow empty, outside salt.
- Let stand for 10 minutes, then knead everything together, finally add the cooked grains. Also add oil to the dough.
Most of you know how to bake bread, I do it this way:
- Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes, covered.
- Dough should be a bit softer, so off in a mold.
- Let it go for another 20 minutes. Preheat oven 225 degrees.
- Brush the bread with water, pierce with a fork or with a knife and bake in the oven. 10 minutes in high heat, then down to 200 degrees then depending on the size.
- Approximately Bake for 50-60 minutes. But you have to try it yourself.
