Always fresh bread
Especially in the summer time, I often struggle with moldy bread. Although the bread is only two / three days old and I keep it in a Römertopf, where it really stays fresh longer in the other seasons, it is always a shock in the morning, when the bread is again moldy in the bread pot ,
My mum had the saving idea;) I always buy my favorite rolls, put them in a freezer bag and freeze them. The night before I just take out as many rolls as I need the next morning. So I always have fresh bread and no problem with the annoying mold.
