Bake Swedish crispbread yourself

Swedish crispbread, a super-healthy snack: it's very light and fast baked.

ingredients

  • 200 g spelled flour
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g of sesame
  • 50 g of flaxseed
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 250 ml of warm water

preparation

Mix all ingredients, add water and olive oil (good!). The dough must be quite liquid, possibly add some more water.


Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour.

Because of the better portioning after 15 minutes baking time with the pizza cutter cut into appropriate pieces, continue baking.

All seeds can be varied, even grated Gouda or Parmesan tastes good.

I like to eat a piece of the crispbread for wine.
