Spices to save space and clear
Especially spices in narrow, high spice jars disappear quickly on the shelf in the second row and can then be found while cooking - at least for me. As a practical solution has been found to put four glasses in an empty plastic baskets in which physalis are packed. The cups are 10 cm deep. The glasses are then stored in a space-saving and well-organized way.
So I can just pull out the basket and get quickly to any spice. When purchasing Physalis, I take care to take white cups, which are not so unpleasant on the shelf.
Because this method has proven itself, I now empty empty glasses of this size (see picture) and refill spices from other jars.
