For years, I've been wearing slippers at home with a pleated sole that massages my soles every step of the way. More than 10 years ago, I spent my summer holidays with my mother, wearing her slippers with a massage sole. I found the slippers so comfortable that I got the same model. In the meantime I already have the third pair of slippers, because I do not want to be without anymore. Quite often they kidnap me from my children because they, too, find the slippers so comfortable.

There are very different models, with or without footbed, with continuous nubbed sole or with nubs fields, which should be matched to the foot reflex zones, with magnets ... I have tried different, find all comfortable and change like. Only visually, they are all not the fashion hit.


The constant massage at every step, the feet are always well supplied with blood, which provides overall well-being, especially on the feet.

The nubbed sole is also available as an insole, available in shoe stores, in sanitary shops or in workwear stores. You can put them in any pair of shoes or even in socks. So you can turn any shoe (slipper, bed shoe or street shoe) if necessary in a massage shoe. And if you have enough, take them out again. This sole is rather intended for short distances in the apartment, a whole hike I would not do so and the way to shopping would be too long.

No more warts

For years I had plantar warts on the sole of my foot, which could not be got away with anything. Over the years, I've smeared everything the pharmacy has to offer on the wart. After a few weeks with the comfortable massage slippers, the warts fell off of their own accord. Also, I have since then no more problems with the feet: no corneal problem, no athlete's foot problem? healthy feet without expensive care.

Warm feet

I can walk barefoot in the slippers even in winter without getting cold feet. This is especially pleasant in the mornings and evenings, for the paths that one still or in pajamas through the apartment makes. For cold feet in bed, I wear the mobile version with socks: put foot on the nub sole, pull sock over it, straps Noppensohle on sole, lie down and a bit wobble with the toes or the whole foot. And so I get warm feet in no time without further aids.
