Cold wraps for hot days

Time

Preparation time: 15 min.

In the summer, it is usually so that you do not want to be on the hot stove and certainly nothing hot food. At least let's go that way. That's why yesterday I did something perfect for hot days.

ingredients

  • 10 wheat tortillas
  • 1 pck of cooked ham
  • 1/2 pck of grated cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream, sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1/2 head salt (iceberg lettuce, lettuce goes too)
  • Salt pepper

preparation

  1. Cut the cooked ham and salad into strips and place in a bowl.
  2. Then drain corn and kidney beans and put them in the bowl with the cheese.
  3. Pour the sour cream into a small bowl, add a sip of (!) Milk and stir until creamy.
  4. Then add the sour cream in the bowl to the corn and the beans, stir well, season with salt pepper and then the filling for the tortillas is done! Fill wraps and enjoy!

Quantity is enough for about 10 wraps.

If you want, you can warm the tortillas before eating, but we eat them cold.
