Quick fizzy cake

I have this fizzy recipe from a baking book.

ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • 1 Msp. Ground cinnamon (I took 1 teaspoon because I love the cinnamon flavor)
  • 300 g according to hazelnuts
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 ml cooking oil
  • 150 ml of cacao drink (I simply stirred 150 ml of milk with 2 tablespoons of cocoa because I did not have a finished cocoa drink in the house)
  • 150 ml lemon spout

For the light font


  • 125 g sieved powdered sugar
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of lemon spout

The cast could have been more, as you can see in the pictures. Next time I will do more casting.

For the dark cast

  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp mineral water

preparation

  1. For the dough, mix flour with baking powder and strain into a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, hazelnut kernels, eggs, oil, cocoa drink and soda. (I added everything at once). Mix the ingredients with a hand-held mixer with a whisk, to a smooth dough in just under 1 minute.
  3. Grease a springform pan (26 cm), cover the bottom with baking paper. Fill in the dough. Put the mold on the rack in the oven.
  4. Remove the cake from the mold, remove the baking paper and let the cake cool on a cake rack.
  5. For the light cast, mix icing sugar with soda. For the dark cast, mix about 1 tbsp of the light cast with cocoa powder and mineral water.
  6. Put the dark cast in a paper bag and seal well. Paint the light cast on the cake. Cut off a corner of the paper bag, quickly sprinkle the dark cast as rings and draw patterns with a knife or wooden sticks. Fix the casting.

Upper and lower heat: approx. 180 ° (preheated)


Hot air: approx. 160 ° (not preheated)

Gas: Level 2 - 3 (not preheated)

Baking time: approx. 60 minutes

A note

Since the light cast, as I wrote above, was not sufficient, I did the dark cast first in the said paper bag, but then just spread on the cake without decoration.

You can not see anything of the light cast. He is completely absorbed in the cake. Maybe next time it will be better if I make more of the light cast.
