Hearty oven rolls

These delicious oven rolls taste good and are prepared very quickly.

They also taste very good cold the next day, my daughter likes to take them as break bread, if there are any left.


  • 1 cup of creme fraiche
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • some chives
  • Salami cubed, the amount depending on your request about 150 g
  • Ham also cut into cubes about 150 g
  • about 150-200 g of grated cheese (I like mozzarella)
  • Pepper, salt, paprika, some pizza spice
  • 4 baguette rolls to bake


  1. Cut the salami and ham into cubes and mix them with the sour cream and the crème fraiche. Add about half of the cheese and the spices, and stir in a little more paprika. With the salt you should be careful, since the salami anyway quite salty.
  2. The baguette rolls are cut into halves and coated well with the mass. Place on a grid lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, then cover with the rest of the cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese has run well.
