Delicious spice from organic lemon peel, salt and pepper
Lemon peel of biocitrons, rubbed off, comes in my cake.
Baking was currently not on. I had squeezed out 2 biocrites, the shell is too good to throw away. I have ripped it off until just before the white skin. I then mixed the yellow crumbs with 3 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 quarter of pepper and put them in a glass.
With this spicy salt I rubbed on poultry, which I had previously pushed Rosmarinzweiglein between skin and meat. This is very easy, make small cuts in the skin folds with a sharp knife and shallow, so that the meat is not injured.
It tasted wonderfully lemony! I will try this mixture with bio-oranges soon.
