Refine Yum Yum Pasta (Mie Noodles)
Refining the Yum Yum Pasta (Mienudeln) with cheese, sometimes a different taste than usual.
Since I now and then, when I'm plagued by the small hunger, reach for the instant noodles, I refine the like also like here z. B., with grated cheese and various spices.
Anyone who knows the noodles, yes, that already a spice mixture is included, which is also nice hot and spicy, but if you do not feel like spicy or the typical taste, then you can also prepare the noodles differently.
I just like to eat it like that, not as a soup. To do this, I pour the pasta over with hot water, wait 3 minutes, then put it in a sieve and at the end the spice (half packet). Either I give some small carrot strips, chives, soy sauce, scrambled eggs or just cheese, which comes directly on the still hot noodles. So you always have a different version.
Which tastes very good when you cut chicken breasts small, fry in oil and then mix them with the soup.
