Give away homemade food from the kitchen
Whether at Easter, Christmas or in between as a small Mitbrinsel, the very individual gift:
Rose wine vinegar with garlic
Ingredients for a bottle:
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 branch Salbai
1 clove of garlic
500 ml Rose wine vinegar
Preparation:
Wash the herbs and dry them well, mix the wine vinegar with the clove of garlic and place with the herbs in a well-cleaned glass bottle. Approximately Leave for 14 days in a dark place and you're done with a supertaxe, unopened for up to 12 months.
Garlic oil
Ingredients for a bottle:
6 garlic cloves
1 sprig of thyme
1 tablespoon peppercorns (always take the colorful ones)
500 ml of cold-pressed olive oil
Preparation:
Squeeze out three cloves of garlic and place in a glass bottle with the washed and dried thyme, the peppercorns and the remaining cloves of garlic, add olive oil and leave to soak in the dark for about 1 week, unopened for up to 6 months
