Red cabbage salad

500g red cabbage
1 bay leaf, 2 cloves
Vinegar, oil, pepper, salt
2 apples
2 small onions
1/2 teaspoon horseradish

Finely slice the red cabbage and fry in a little salted water with the bay leaf and the cloves for 10 minutes. After steaming, mix with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, finely diced onions and horseradish.

Pull well for one hour and mix the peeled and diced apples with the bottom.

To taste breaded Schnitzel well.
