Melon salad with sheep's cheese and red onions

Absolutely delicious salad for warm to hot days. It should be noted that there is no alternative to the ingredients. Of course, changes in the ingredients also change the taste.

You need for the salad:

- 1/2 watermelon (the one with the red pulp)
- 1/2 - 1 feta (no cow's milk, but sheep and / or goat's cheese)
- 1/2 red onion (which are more aromatic and milder than all other onions)
- Pepper from the grinder
- Olive oil


Peel melon and dice. Remove cores. Crumble the feta coarsely, cut the red onion into thin strips or rings. Put everything in a bowl, add coarsely ground pepper and olive oil.

Mix everything, but do not stir, but fold in.

The bowl with the salad min. Rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
