Sweat feet in the summer: Take the emergency slip "insoles"
Moccasins are in fashion and barefoot sweats - even if they are made of leather - in our current weather pretty well. Otherwise, I always buy terry shoe inserts, which are quite expensive and not always washable. They also reduce the footbed.
Today, the need has made me inventive, because I also have an animal mosquito bite under the sole of the foot and - lo and behold - it is synonymous with simple panty liners. You stick them in your shoes and then put them in the bin. You absorb the sweat and you can take those with the deodorant, I think. For this purpose you can buy cheap panty liners.
