Turkey schnitzel baked with cheese

Just cooked today and super easy - just right for you:

- a buttered casserole dish (so big that the meat fits tightly together)
- about 500 g turkey schnitzel (or chicken fillet - but again cut through)
- 1 cup of cream (if you want more sauce, something more)
- 100 g of grated cheese (here you can take more)

Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C.

Salt the meat well, pepper and season with sweet paprika and place in the dish. As I said, nice and tight, if you can. Then pour the cream over it, the meat should be lightly covered or more. Salt again, so that the sweet cream tastes heartier. Then spread the grated cheese evenly over it.


Bring the mold into the oven and fry for a good 1/2 hour. The cheese must be well browned.

I always do spaghetti, because then you have a nice cream cheese sauce for the pasta and the meat is super delicate.
