Cloud cake

An interesting crumble cake - fast and easy to bake!

Ingredients for the dough:
300 g of margarine, 250 g of sugar, 4 eggs, 5 drops of bitter almond oil, 1 pinch of salt, 400 g of flour, 1 1/2 p. Baking soda, some water or milk

Ingredients for the crumble:
150 g butter, 150 g sugar, 200 g flour, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 pinch of salt


Preparation:
Mix all ingredients for the dough (except flour and baking powder) well. Then add the sieved flour mixed with the baking powder in portions and possibly a little water or milk. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Mix all the ingredients for the crumbles and then spread them loosely over the dough.

Baking time: approx. 20 to 25 minutes at 200 ° C (without preheating!)
