Christmas Quark Stollen - is super fast and very easy

For those who have almost overslept Christmas and little time is available:

Curd stollen:
500g flour
1 baking powder
250g quark
150g sugar
2 eggs
200g soft, room-warm margarine
1 butter flavor
1 rum flavor
Juice from a lemon
50g lemon
50g orangat
200g chopped almonds
200g of raisins soaked in rum overnight

Knead all ingredients together in a large bowl until the dough forms. If it still sticks, sprinkle some more flour over it and knead it under. Then the dough on a baking sheet, which is laid out with baking paper to form a bread and above the length of the scrape a little bit with the knife (not so deep!).


Bake in the preheated oven and bake at 175 gr. For 60-80 minutes. For circulating air 60-70 minutes are sufficient. To make sure that the tunnel is baked through, you take a shisha needle and pierce in the middle of the tunnel, which is torn up nicely by the incision. If nothing sticks to the needle, the baking is finished and well done. Otherwise again for 10 minutes in the oven push - but then he is guaranteed by.

Let the stollen cool a bit, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with icing sugar (I'll do it with a small metal sieve, because it will be nice evenly and looks good).
